Microdermabrasion

The treatment is executed slowly and progressively, removing only superficial layers of the skin to reveal a youthful complexion and glow.

Microdermabrasion is an intense exfoliation process that rejuvenates the skin by utilizing ultra-fine crystals to remove the upper layer of the stratum corneum.  At the same time, the hand piece of the instrument contains a vacuum tube that sweeps up both the crystals and the skin’s cellular debris.  This process exfoliates the skin, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin which will result in firmer, more youthful looking skin over time.

 Works in two ways:

  1. Correction:  The speed of the crystal flow causes an abrasive action that gently removes the surface layers of the skin allowing smoother, fresher skin to emerge.
  2.
  3. Stimulation: The vacuum action helps to stimulate microcirculation, increasing the blood supply that provides nutrients needed for skin regeneration.  It also stimulates formation of new collagen and elastin to improve skin texture and elasticity.

In as little as 35 to 45 minutes, this gentle abrasive technique efficiently produces satisfying results.

  • Spider Veins

Spider veins are an unsightly issue for many men and women, and they often appear as fine lines of dilated blood vessels in the ankles, feet, legs, or face. In these circumstances, professional treatment is the best option to minimize the appearance of spider veins and remedy this unsightly problem for good!

    Learn About Spider Veins:

    • Spider veins are commonly found in the feet, face, ankles, and legs, and they can be caused by skin conditions like rosacea and sun exposure. Other causes of spider veins can include pregnancy, oral contraceptives, heredity, exercise habits, weight gain, and restrictive clothing.
    • Women that are of childbearing age or even older are most prone to suffering from spider veins, yet men and women of any age can be affected by this embarrassing issue.
    • To minimize the appearance of spider veins, it is best to maintain an average weight through regular exercise, use low impact workouts, wear support hose if you often spend time on your feet, and vigilantly apply sunscreen to your face and body to protect your skin.

    How It Works:

    • Spider veins can be treated with laser therapy that uses heat to target and fade the veins. This is the best course of treatment for unsightly spider veins that are visible on the body or face, which will help to minimize the obvious redness and soothe the appearance of the skin.
    • This laser treatment works with minimal discomfort to the client, and it will help to fade the red and obvious appearance of spider veins that is often unsightly and embarrassing.
    • Spider veins will be treated with the MeDioStar Xt Pro- V laser through a series of 3 to 6 treatments to fade the veins with heat laser energy.

    What to Expect:

    • 3 to 6 treatments is necessary for spider vein treatment, which will allow the unsightly veins to fade naturally over time so that they are minimized and less visible.
    • Clients can expect to begin to see results over several treatments, although it is necessary to have the entire series of laser treatments to see the greatest outcome.
    • It is recommended for the spider vein treatments to be done in a series since the skin can only take a certain amount of laser energy within one treatment session. Having a series of spider vein removal laser treatments will lessen the potential of damage to the skin and allow the client to safely and significantly fade unsightly spider veins.
    • Spider vein laser treatment cannot be done on sunburned or irritated skin, skin that has had a cellulite treatment within the past 4 weeks, or skin that has had electrical depilation or waxing within the last 4 to 6 weeks.

If you are sick of struggling with red and unsightly spider veins, laser treatment is the best option available to you that will work through a series to significantly minimize and transform any areas of your skin that suffer from spider veins!

    What is Skin Rejuvenation?

Our Medilux Skin Rejuvenation system is design to clear vascular and pigmented lesions by using an optimal wavelength of light to target hemoglobin (for vascular lesions) and melanin (for pigmented lesions).  When this light is absorbed as heat by the lesion it then disappears.  This is a non-invasive and non-ablative cosmetic skin treatment.

This procedure can be used on the face, arms, chest and other large area’s, it does not injure the surface of the skin, so there is usually no downtime.  It can improve skin texture, color, remove damage caused by years of sun exposure and minimize the effects of aging.

    Botox

One of the unfortunate signs of age is deep expression lines in the complexion. These can create heavy frown lines, furrows, and crow’s feet that can be quickly smoothed away through the use of injectable Botox.

Botox is truly the anti-wrinkle remedy that you have been looking for to treat deep crow’s feet and heavy lines that make you look older than your years.

    Learn About Botox:

    • So many men and women notice expression lines in the form of crow’s feet and smile lines as they age, and they can often make you look much older than your years. Often times, the quickest remedy to this issue is the simple use of Botox.
    • Politicians, celebrities, and everyday people alike have enjoyed reducing their crow’s feet wrinkles and frown lines through smoothing Botox injections. For this reason, Botox has become one of the most popular medical cosmetic procedures, nonsurgical and surgical combined, with over 3.8 million treatments administered in 2005 alone.
    • If you are hoping for immediate results that can't be delivered through the slew of anti aging products on the market, nothing will compare to the significant and dramatic improvements available through Botox. These anti-wrinkle results will literally erase deep frown, smile, or laugh lines to transform your face. Of course, there is a specialized technique necessary for the use of Botox, and it must be administered by a medical professional. When it is done correctly, it can lift brows, smooth deep lines, and create a fresher and more youthful appearance to your complexion. Even better, your face will still look natural and have the ability to make everyday expressions, like smiling and laughing.
    • In addition to getting rid of wrinkles, Botox is also helpful for relieving excessive underarm perspiration, and it is an FDA approved treatment for this condition.

    How It Works:

    • Botox injections will provide temporary relaxation to tense muscles in the complexion, namely in the forehead and crow's feet wrinkles around the eyes. As the muscles become relaxed, the complexion will smooth to prevent new wrinkles from forming. Botox will offer results for 3 to 6 months, where the muscles will then retain their old movement.
    • Botox offers the hope of controlling excessive underarm perspiration by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that stimulate sweating.

    What to Expect:

    • Immediate results in 2 to 7 days
    • Results that last for 3 to 6 months
    • Reduced fine lines and wrinkles
    • Zero downtime
